Update: For those of you who like a little more excitement with your drinks ;), a friend added some Rum to it and said it was great so I thought I should share.
Inspired by Andrea’s recipe @ http://cookingwithawallflower.com/2014/07/16/strawberry-lemonade-smoothie/#comment-6251, I decided to try raspberries this time. So I mixed;
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups cold coconut juice
And the result came out pretty good! A very refreshing summer drink.
